PET POLICY

1-Guest agrees to accept full responsibility for any and all in room and general hotel area damages and soiling caused by his/her pet. He/she also agrees to accept full responsibility of any harm caused by his/her pet against personnel and/or guests. 

2-Guest signs registration form by arrival at the reception and with this registration form he/she accepts to take the responsibility mentioned above.In the event of failure to comply with the terms and conditions mentioned in the form, Wyndham Grand İzmir Özdilek hotel will not accept any liability for pets and owner.

3-Guest accepts the costs for the repair of any damages or additional cleaning (This includes flea treatment of the guest room) requirements including labor and any medical treatment required for personnel and/or guest(s) will be charged accordingly.

4-Pet owner must submit the current records showing that the pet has been vaccinated against all infectious diseases and parasites (pet vaccination card or passport etc.) to the Reception on arrival.

5-All pets are limited to stay only in guest rooms and not permitted in any public area (restaurant, bar, café and SPA ) anytime. When outside of the room for transporting in & out of the property, the pet must be on a leash or crated for the health, safety, and concern of all other hotel guests. This clause is not applicable for certified service dogs. 

6-Pets need to enter and exit the property using the side entrances.

7-Pets left alone in the room, should be in its pet carrier/crate. Guest accepts that if the pet is not crated or not supervised during housekeeping service, the daily service will not be offered. 

8-Guest accepts that he/she will walk his/her pet(s) to relieve it of bodily functions on the OUTER perimeter of the hotel property, away from the side of the building and flower beds. Guest is also responsible to clean up any refuse produced by his/her pet(s).

9-Hotel management will not tolerate barking, biting, and other harmful and nuisance behaviors caused by pet(s). If a problem occurs, guest will be asked to kennel his/her pet or leave the hotel without any reimbursement.

10-Maximum of 2 pets are allowed in a room each 15 Kg. or less.  20 Euro per day per pet will be charged and added to the room account. This fee is nonrefundable. The materials mentioned below will be provided during stay.
